Book the Ivy & Milly's Bookish Boutique Charm Bar

Create, customize, and make memories with our interactive Bookish Charm Bar! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a book club, planning a bridal shower, or looking for a unique fundraiser, our charm bar is a fun, hands-on experience your guests won't forget.

We'll bring everything needed to create beautiful, personalized keepsakes while you enjoy your event. We handle the setup, guide guests through the process, professionally assemble each piece, and clean up when we're finished.

What's Included

Each participant will create one of the following:

or
🔖 A Charm Bookmark

Every guest may choose up to 8 charms from our curated charm collection to create a design that's uniquely their own.

Every Charm Bar experience includes:

  • Complete Charm Bar setup

  • Large selection of bookish and seasonal charms

  • One keychain or bookmark per participant

  • Up to 8 charms per creation

  • Professional on-site assembly

  • Cleanup after the event

Pricing

$25 per participant

A 12-person minimum applies to all private events ($300 minimum event total).

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date. This fee is applied toward your final balance.

Payment Options

Host Pays

The host receives one invoice for the event based on the total number of participants.

Individual Payments

Guests may pay individually during the event.

Please note: A $300 minimum event total still applies. If guest purchases do not meet the minimum, the host will be responsible for the remaining balance.

Booking Policies

  • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date.

  • Your event is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

  • Final participant count is due 7 days before your event.

  • For Host Pays events, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • For Individual Payment events, any remaining balance needed to meet the event minimum is due at the conclusion of the event.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, your booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
